Insider publishes photo of mockups of all 4 models of iPhone 16 series

Leaked photos of the mock-ups of four iPhone 16 models have surfaced, revealing the design of the entire lineup of Apple's upcoming smartphones. This was reported by the portal 9to5Mac, citing insider Sonny Dixon.

First and foremost, journalists noted that the Action Button will appear on all four iPhone 16 models. Currently, it is only present in the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, while basic models use a mode switch. Additionally, all iPhone 16 models will receive a new Capture Button, which will be used to control the camera and support gesture control.

Judging by the mock-ups, the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will be slightly larger than the basic iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus. According to rumors, the 16 Pro will feature a 6.3-inch display, while the larger model will have a 6.9-inch display.

Furthermore, the leak confirms the updated design of the basic iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, which will receive a vertical camera block. It is assumed that this is done to implement support for recording spatial videos for Vision Pro.

The presentation of the iPhone 16 series is expected in September 2024.
