Russian company Caviar, known for creating premium electronics from expensive materials, has announced a new collection of exclusive smartphones. The series called Dragon Spring includes custom Huawei Mate X6 and Huawei Mate 70 RS models, the cost of which starts at $11,500.

Design inspired by Chinese culture

The Dragon Spring collection reflects respect for the rich cultural and historical heritage of China. All models combine modern technology with elements of classical art.

  • Forged Dragon is a custom Huawei Mate X6 with an aircraft titanium case and black PVD coating. Its design is inspired by the ancient art of multi-layer sword forging, which originated more than three thousand years ago in the city of Longquan. The unique texture of the case emphasizes the connection with this traditional craft.
  • Huang He is a version based on the Huawei Mate 70 RS. The smartphone has a titanium case, decorated with a gold bas-relief depicting the Yellow River, a symbol of Chinese civilization and its cultural heritage.
  • Gold Dragon is an exclusive device based on Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design: Caviar craftsmen have improved the design of the world's first smartphone with three screens and created a case made of 18-karat gold for it.
