The material says that manufacturers are focused on consumers who are more interested in the high autonomy of smartphones than in artificial intelligence (AI) tools and other innovations. Based on this information, the authors named increasing battery capacity as one of the main trends in the phone market in 2025.

Android Authority journalists also noted that high-capacity batteries will also appear in affordable phones. According to their estimates, such innovative batteries will be able to provide two to three days of battery life, without increasing the size and weight of devices.
