Just one month after the launch of the first artificial intelligence factory in Armenia and the South Caucasus based on NVIDIA Blackwell, its entire starting capacity has been fully reserved. Eleveight AI has already begun work on expanding the infrastructure.

High demand for computing power

"The response was significantly faster than we expected," said Arman Aleksanyan, co-founder and CEO of Eleveight AI. "Our initial computing capacity was fully booked in just a few weeks. Now we are already building the next stage of the first phase (Stage 2). This confirms that there is a real demand for sovereign high-performance AI infrastructure in the region."

According to him, the company's goal is to responsibly scale the infrastructure and strengthen Armenia's position as a regional hub for artificial intelligence.

Expansion plans

Currently, the factory's capacity stands at 1.5 MW and is fully utilized. As part of the first expansion phase, the capacity is planned to more than triple, reaching 5 MW. Upon completion of the second phase, the factory's total capacity will reach 40 MW.

This rapid growth reflects the increasing demand from both the Armenian market and international clients.

About the project

The artificial intelligence factory is located in the village of Gagarin, Gegharkunik Province. It is the first facility in Armenia and the entire South Caucasus operating on NVIDIA Blackwell technology. It serves as the starting component of a $120 million investment program, with $70 million already deployed.

Currently, 512 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs are installed at the factory. This equipment is available to both Armenian and international clients, with the company offering two main formats of operation.

Clients can lease dedicated resources (Dedicated), where the entire GPU capacity is allocated exclusively to a single user. This option is particularly popular among large corporations and major projects that require maximum performance and complete confidentiality.

The other option is shared usage (Shared). In this case, resources are distributed among multiple users, making access to powerful hardware much more affordable. This format is convenient for startups, researchers, and teams that do not require constant full deployment of the equipment.

Thanks to this flexible model, Eleveight AI can work with a wide range of clients, from small teams to large international players.
