The WhatsApp messenger will create an AI assistant to manage business accounts, Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of the Meta company, announced this, TechCrunch website reports.

According to him, the messenger will launch several artificial intelligence systems at once for various tasks, including conducting business. Neuronet will act as an intermediary that will talk to customers, guide them and conduct commercial activities.

The source explains that business users will be able to use artificial intelligence systems for targeted advertising on social networks Facebook and Instagram, which will redirect customers to WhatsApp chat. Artificial intelligence will also be able to automatically answer the questions received.

WhatsApp is also working on a number of other innovations, including hiding group chats, online file transfer, and more. Recently, the messenger introduced chat filters to organize messages and an event scheduling tool for group chats.
