The tech giant Xiaomi has introduced some very interesting devices: Pad 6 Max tablet, Mix Fold 3 foldable smartphone and Band 8 Pro fitness tracker. All devices have received very interesting specifications and definitely deserve attention.

Xiaomi Pad 6 Max

Xiaomi's Pad 6 Max stands out from its predecessors with an impressive 14-inch display and flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. The 14-inch screen with a resolution of 2880x1800 pixels (2.8K) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz provides an excellent visual experience. The maximum brightness of the screen is up to 600 nits, while support for HDR10 and Dolby Vision technologies ensures stunning image clarity. Even blue light during long use is minimized thanks to the German TÜV Rheinland certification.

The Pad 6 Max is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB to 1TB of UFS 3.1 built-in storage. There are two cameras on the back of the tablet: a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is 20 MP.

The tablet runs on Android (unspecified version), has the MIUI interface designed for tablets and is optimized for large screens. This allows users to run up to four apps on the same screen in separate mode.

The 10,000mAh battery supports 67W fast charging, allowing the device to be fully charged in just over an hour. There's also a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port for improved connectivity.

Xiaomi also introduced a stylus and keyboard case with a built-in touchpad for the Pad 6 Max, which turns the tablet into a laptop. The price of the Pad 6 Max in China starts at 3,600 yuan (about $495) for the 8/256GB version.

Mix Fold 3

Xiaomi also announced another novelty, the flagship foldable smartphone Mix Fold 3, which has incredible durability and advanced features. This smartphone will be a worthy competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 flexible device.

The company assures that the smartphone can withstand more than 500,000 folding cycles, which is 300,000 more than the same indicator of competitors. The device is equipped with a 6.56-inch external AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution. The internal flexible LTOP OLED display is 8.03 inches with 2K resolution. Both screens support a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and the brightness of the light reaches up to 2600 nits.

Mix Fold 3 has four main cameras that were optimized together with Leica. The Sony IMX800 main sensor with a resolution of 50 MP has optical stabilization (OIS) support. There are also two 10MP telephoto lenses with 3x and 5x zoom. In addition, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and two 20MP front-facing cameras expand the smartphone's photographic capabilities.

The Mix Fold 3 is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 built-in storage. The battery capacity is 4800mAh with support for 67W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

The unique black version of Mix Fold 3 has a Dragon Scale Fiber ceramic body, which gives the device incredible durability. When unfolded the phone is 5.26 mm thick and 10.96 mm when folded.

The price of the 12/256 GB version of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 in China starts at 9,000 yuan (about $1,235).

Xiaomi Band 8 Pro

Xiaomi also introduced the Band 8 Pro fitness tracker. The new model has a larger screen and an improved sensor with fixed activity, confirming the role of the device as a reliable companion for fitness enthusiasts.

The Band 8 Pro has a 1.74-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 480x336 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate, which is 0.1 inches and 30Hz larger than the previous model. According to Xiaomi, the novelty can work up to 14 days on a single charge or up to 6 days with Always-on Display activated.

An advanced optical sensor measures heart rate and blood oxygen saturation levels. NFC and GPS enhance the health tracking experience, offering more than 150 training modes and water resistance up to five degrees of pressure. The thickness of the device is 9.9 mm, and the weight is 22.5 grams.
