Buyers massively complain about Samsung's Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro headphone, even finding hair in the box

July 20, 2024  12:14

Samsung has started selling Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro wireless headphones in South Korea, the first owners of which started to complain about the new product massively on social networks and forums. This is reported by the GSMArena website.

Early buyers complained about both the headphones and the poor build quality of the charging case. For example, there is considerable space between the charging box cover and the body. Some users have also complained that the silicone pads of the earphones tear, and the paint is removed very quickly. Some users have even found someone else's hair in a packed box.

Apart from that, some have faced issues with the noise cancelling system and the backlight. Many have also noticed a difference in sound level between the right and left earphones.

The website notes that most reviewers recommend holding off on buying the Galaxy Buds3 until all the flaws are resolved. Samsung has acknowledged the issues and apologized, offering unhappy customers a refund or replacement headphones.

The start of global sales of these headphones is scheduled for July 24.
