Which Apple devices are users most satisfied with? And why iPhone 15 isn't among them?

The AnTuTu benchmark has published a new rating of Apple devices that users are most satisfied with. The iPhone 15, like its predecessor last year, was not included in the list. It seems that users were most satisfied with the company’s old smartphones and tablets.

So, the new list for January 2024 is topped by the iPad Pro 2 with a diagonal of 10.5 inches. 96.69% of users are satisfied with this device. In second place was the iPad Air 4 (96.4%), and in third place was the iPhone 12 mini (95.92%).

The fourth and fifth places are occupied by the iPad Pro 4 with a 12.9-inch screen (95.1%) and the iPhone SE2 (95.05%).

Interestingly, not a single smartphone from the iPhone 15 line made it into the top 10. The best of the line, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, ended up only in 33rd position in the ranking. As it turns out, 83.68% of users are satisfied with this smartphone. iPhone 15 Pro is in 35th position (83% of users are satisfied with it), iPhone 15 Plus is in 39th place (81.78%), and iPhone 15 is in last, 43rd position in the ranking: with this smartphone , according to the benchmark, only 70.67% of users are satisfied.

What are iPhone 15 users unhappy with?

Many users complain that the glass back of the iPhone 15 is very fragile and breaks easily.

Owners of the iPhone 15, shortly after its release, also complained about the sound quality of the speakers: in particular, when the speaker volume is increased above 80%, the sound becomes similar to crackling and whistling.

Another problem associated with the iPhone 15 was screen burn-in. For some users, traces of the contents of a previously used page continued to appear on the screen even after the user had already closed that page and performed another action on the phone.

People are also not very happy with the older models of the line. Thus, according to PerfectRec, the level of satisfaction of iPhone 15 Pro owners is lower than that of the iPhone 13 Pro and 14 Pro.

The top three complaints about the iPhone 15 Pro include:

• Insufficient battery life;
• Minor improvements over iPhone 14 Pro over time;
• Dissatisfaction with the physical design and protruding camera lenses.

Additionally, the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max do not charge well in American cars. And the iPhone 15 Pro Max, the most expensive smartphone in the line, is inferior in some respects to the 2021 iPhone 13 Pro Max.
