Apple has started development of A19 Bionic and M5 chips for mobile devices and computers, which will be released no earlier than 2025. This is reported by the WCCFtech portal, referring to the insider @_orangera1n.

The latter posted on his X (formerly Twitter) page a photo of several processors with identifiers, which, according to @_orangera1n, are the future Apple A19 Bionic and Apple M5 chips.

According to WCCFtech, Apple started developing new chips several years ago to stay ahead of its competitors.

On September 12 of this year, Apple will present its iPhone 15 series smartphones, including the Pro model, for which the A16 Bionic chip will be responsible for its performance. In fact, there are still three years until the release of the A19 for future smartphones.

Apple M3-based computers are also rumored to launch this fall or early 2024.

The Apple A19 Bionic and M5 chips are expected to be built on TSMC's 2nm process. No other details about these processors have been released yet.

Foxconn has already started the production of iPhone 15 in India, and before that it has already become known that Apple has decided to produce less iPhone 15. In addition, it is known that the iPhone 15 will receive the fastest charging in the history of Apple smartphones.
