Bing Image Creator: New AI tool, with which one can create images based on text, introduced in Microsoft Edge

Recently, Microsoft has been actively introducing artificial intelligence (AI) functions into its apps and services, especially into the Microsoft Edge browser, which undoubtedly makes it more appealing and competitive.

Now the web version of this browser has the Bing Image Creator, which is an image creation tool.

As noted in Microsoft's blog post, the new tool will help create images that don't exist yet. With it, one can quickly create an image for a social media post or even for PowerPoint.

Released last month, the Bing Image Creator is a modified version of the DALL-E 2 neural network capable of generating images from text descriptions. This service is available to everyone here and on the Bing smart search engine. Now, however, it's possible to add the tool to the browser's sidebar.

This panel generally works the same as the web version of the Bing Image Creator, but has a more compact interface, allowing it to fit in the sidebar. To activate this function, you just need to press the (+) button on the panel and activate the Image Creator.

If your browser doesn't have a button to enable this feature yet, it will appear later because this new feature is being gradually rolled out globally.
