The developers of the popular benchmark AnTuTu have published their performance rankings for February 2026, revealing the most powerful Android flagships of the month. The entire top ten is powered by just two cutting-edge chips — Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and MediaTek Dimensity 9500. The leaders are now scoring above 4 million points, marking a clear leap over last year’s flagship devices.

Top 10 Most Powerful Android Smartphones (February 2026)

  1. iQOO 15 Ultra — 4.2 million points
    The absolute leader of the month. Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and an active cooling system (built-in fan), it maintains peak performance even during extended gaming sessions.
  2. Red Magic 11 Pro+ — 4.16 million
    Another gaming-focused powerhouse on the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. Active cooling and heavy-load optimizations allow it to deliver nearly identical results to the leader.
  3. vivo X300 Pro — 4.08 million
    The best-performing device powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. The chip proves highly energy-efficient while remaining extremely powerful, with only a small gap compared to Snapdragon.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 remains the undisputed leader in raw power and sustained performance under load. Meanwhile, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 has nearly closed the performance gap while offering better energy efficiency — devices powered by it tend to run cooler and deliver longer battery life.

Other flagship chips (such as Apple’s A19 Pro or Samsung’s Exynos 2600) did not appear in February’s ranking — either because their benchmark scores are lower in AnTuTu’s database or because there have not yet been enough submitted test results.

What This Means for Buyers in 2026

If you want maximum performance right now, any smartphone from the top three will deliver. In real-world use, the difference between 4.2 million and 3.78 million points is noticeable mainly in the most demanding games and sustained multitasking scenarios. Most of these models are already available in Russia and CIS markets, and their March 2026 pricing looks especially attractive compared to newly launched devices from March and April.
