The official presentation of Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro flagship smartphones took place in China. Both models are built on the latest generation MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC processor, which uses TSMC's second generation 3nm process technology. The devices also have high-end screens and cameras.
The Oppo Find X8 smartphone is equipped with a 6.59-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 1Hz-120Hz, a resolution of 2760x1256 pixels and a brightness of 4500 nits. The screen of the older model is larger: its diagonal is 6.78 inches, the resolution is 2780x1264 pixels, the refresh rate and brightness are similar to the younger model. At the same time, the OLED screen of Oppo Find X8 Pro is slightly curved on all four sides.
The Oppo Find X8 is equipped with a triple camera setup: the main module is a 50MP Sony LYT-700 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera and another 50MP camera with a periscope telephoto lens and 3x zoom. The Oppo Find X8 Pro has a main camera system consisting of four modules, including a 50MP camera with a large 1/1.4-inch Sony LYT-808 sensor for high-quality low-light shots and two cameras with a periscope lens with 6x zoom. Both models have support for optical image stabilization, 120x digital zoom, Hasselblad portrait mode and AF photography functions.

The battery capacity of the younger model is 5630 mAh, and the older one is 5910 mAh. Both devices support 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. The smartphones are also protected against dust and moisture according to IP68 and IP69 standards. Both models run on Android 15 operating system and ColorOS 15 software, have an on-screen fingerprint sensor, two SIM cards, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC.
The Oppo Find X8 smartphone is available in black, white, blue and pink variants. The 12GB/256GB version costs 4,199 yuan ($589) and the 16GB/512GB version costs 4,999 yuan ($702). The Oppo Find X8 Pro is available in black, white and blue colors and costs 5,299 yuan ($744) for the 12GB/256GB variant and 6,999 yuan ($983) for the 16GB/1TB Satellite Edition. Sales of the new products will begin in the Chinese market on October 30, followed by international deliveries.
