A photo of an improved version of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 foldable smartphone has appeared on the official website of Samsung, which confirms that the device will be released in the near future, the 4PDA website reports.

The new product, named Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition, is similar in design to the standard version. The main difference is the larger screens. the base variant has 6.3-inch and 7.6-inch external and internal displays, while the new product will have 6.5-inch and 8-inch displays respectively.

Apparently, the technical characteristics of the device will not change. The smartphone will receive a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 3 chip, a screen with a maximum brightness of up to 2600 nits and a triple camera with a 50 MP main module, a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 12 MP ultra-wide lens.

According to news, the presentation of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 Special Edition is scheduled for October 18. Pre-orders will also start on the same day, and official sales will begin on October 25.
