The Android Headlines website has published details about the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE smartphone, which is set to be unveiled soon. The new model will be better than the Galaxy S23 FE in at least two aspects.

The Galaxy S24 FE will feature a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a brightness of 1900 nits. In comparison, the Galaxy S23 FE has a 6.4-inch screen with a brightness of 1450 nits.

The battery life of the upcoming model will be significantly improved: while the Galaxy S23 FE can play video and music for 21 and 66 hours, respectively, the Galaxy S24 FE will be able to play content for 29 and 78 hours, respectively. The battery capacity of the new model will be 4565 mAh, compared to 4500 mAh in the Galaxy S23 FE.

The Galaxy S24 FE will come with the One UI 6.1 interface, based on the latest One UI 6.1.1 firmware developed for Samsung’s foldable flagships unveiled in July. Despite the improvements, the new model is expected to be priced the same as before—around $600.
