According to him, when choosing a budget smartphone, you should pay attention to several basic parameters. First, the performance: the device needs to have at least 4 GB of RAM and a modern processor, even a cheap device should run fast. Second, the duration of work without recharging: preferably a battery capacity of at least 4000 mAh, this way you won't have to charge it as often and it will last longer. As for the camera, this is a matter of taste. If you're into photography, the more cameras and megapixels, the better.
