Apple receives temporary permission to resume Watch sales in the US

Apple has achieved a temporary reprieve of the ban on sales of its smartwatches in the United States. A federal appeals court has ordered a stay of the import and sales ban that went into effect earlier this week until U.S. Customs and Border Protection issues a final decision in the case.

Apple asked Customs and Border Protection to allow the import of updated versions of the Watch Series 9 and Watch Ultra 2.
