Explosion of discarded phone causes severe injury to child

In the town of Malgobek, Ingushetia, a tragic incident occurred when a seven-year-old boy suffered serious injuries as a result of an old mobile phone exploding in a fire. The explosion caused significant damage to the child's face, as reported by the Shot Telegram channel.

Reportedly, the child had invited friends over, and during a gathering around a bonfire, one of the guests threw an old mobile phone into the flames. This thoughtless act resulted in devastating consequences.

Upon hearing the explosion, adults rushed to the scene and found the child with severe facial injuries. The injured child was swiftly transported to the hospital, where a diagnosis revealed a closed head injury, a concussion, fractures of the forehead and nose, and burns to the eyes.

Currently, the child remains under close medical observation, while authorities are conducting an investigation into the incident.
