The new king of mobile photography։ Huawei P60 Pro tops the DxOMark ranking

Specialists of DxOMark, engaged in testing and evaluating equipment, have published an extensive review of the camera of the Huawei P60 Pro smartphone and quite expectedly, it topped the DxOMark rankings, ahead of both the Honor Magic5 Pro and the Oppo Find X6 Pro.

The smartphone scored 156 points, while the camera of the top iPhone, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, received 146 points. And the test result of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra camera is 140 points.

The results of the DxOMark ranking are striking to the extent that the Huawei P60 Pro does not have any one-inch sensor, and the ultra-wide-angle lens module uses a 13-megapixel sensor. For comparison, the same Honor Magic5 Pro and Oppo Find X6 Pro, the corresponding sensors are 50 megapixels.

In other words, Huawei has once again proven that it is possible to get excellent results without large-inch sensors (like Xiaomi) or high-resolution sensors (like Samsung) and without collaborating with such giants of the photography industry as Leica or Hasselblad?

DxOMark experts praise the Huawei P60 Pro's camera for its overall capabilities (noting that it is "ideal for all types of photography and video recording in any lighting conditions"), excellent results in low light conditions, accuracy of skin tones, high detail for level at all zoom ranges, obvious macro capabilities (especially with a telephoto lens). There are also flaws, but they are minor (for example, unnatural rendering of details in difficult shooting conditions).

Huawei has already officially presented its P60 Pro in Europe, where two versions of the model are offered: 8 GB RAM and 256 GB built-in memory (1200 EUR) and 12 GB RAM and 512 GB built-in memory (1400 EUR).
