The Samsung Galaxy S25+ smartphone has once again been tested on the Geekbench platform. This time the smartphone has set a record among Android smartphones, reports the ITHome website.

Based on the results of the third test, the Samsung Galaxy S25+ scored 3160 points in the single-threaded test and 9941 points in the multi-threaded test. For comparison, the previous score recorded on September 25 was 3012 and 8927 points, respectively.

The improvement in performance is due to an increase in the processor frequency: the frequency of the supercores has been increased from 4.19 to 4.47 GHz, and the remaining cores from 2.9 to 3.53 GHz.

Apparently, as in previous years, Samsung will receive a special version of the chip with the Galaxy prefix in the name. In addition, the tested Galaxy S25+ runs Android 15 and has 12 GB of RAM. According to rumors, the official presentation of the Galaxy S25+ and other models in the series is expected in January 2025. The series will also include the basic Galaxy S25 and the flagship Ultra version with support for the S-Pen stylus and four cameras.
