Samsung introduced the latest smartphones, W25 Flip and W25, at an event in China. These are special editions of the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold, customized for the Chinese market. Both devices feature a matte black ceramic body with the Heart to the World logo and a durable gold-toned aluminum frame. They are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor and run Android 14 with the One UI 6.1.1 interface.
The Samsung W25 is equipped with an 8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2184 × 1968 pixels, HDR10+ support, peak brightness of 2600 nits, and an adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz. It also has a 6.5-inch outer Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with the same peak brightness and adaptive refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The device runs on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor clocked at 3.4 GHz, with an Adreno 750 GPU. It includes 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage options of 512 GB or 1 TB, and supports dual nano-SIM cards.
The main camera has a 200-megapixel sensor with optical image stabilization, complemented by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera (123˚, f/2.2), a 10-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom (f/2.4), a 10-megapixel front camera (f/2.2), and a 4-megapixel camera under the inner screen (f/1.8).
The folded dimensions are 157.9 × 72.8 × 10.6 mm, and 157.9 × 142.6 × 4.9 mm when unfolded, weighing 255 g. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side, and the device is IP48 rated for water and dust resistance. Connectivity options include 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11 (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS with GLONASS support, USB Type-C, and NFC. The 4400 mAh battery supports 25W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging.
The Samsung W25 Flip has a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex display with a resolution of 2640 × 1080 pixels and an adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz. It also has an external 3.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 720 × 748 pixels and a 60 Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

Its folded dimensions are 85.1 × 71.9 × 14.9 mm, and 165.1 × 71.9 × 6.9 mm when unfolded, weighing 187 g. The 4000 mAh battery supports 25W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
The Samsung W25 is priced at 15,999 yuan ($2,229) for the 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage version, while the 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage model is 17,999 yuan ($2,508). The Samsung W25 Flip is priced at 9,999 yuan ($1,393). Both smartphones are available for pre-order and will go on sale in China on November 15.
