The largest exhibition of the latest technological developments, CES (Consumer Electronics Show), taking place this year from January 9 to 11 in Las Vegas, will be attended by more than 4,000 exhibitors from more than 150 countries and regions of the world. Many well-known companies will present their new products during the event – and also in the run-up to it. The central theme of the exhibition will be artificial intelligence (AI).

According to Gary Shapiro, president and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), organizer of CES, this year's show highlights the critical role technology plays in improving every aspect of human life.

AI and the future

2023 brought many truly innovative AI solutions to our attention, and by the end of the year, interest in this area had grown significantly. So it's no surprise that AI is a big focus at CES 2024.

This year's exhibition marks the first time that AI has had its own dedicated exhibition space, where you can explore how AI is being used today in agriculture, medicine, industry and many other areas.

AI has already begun to be actively used to facilitate the task of driving and piloting – in the automotive industry, in aviation, and even in space. AI has also begun to play a major role in the development of so-called “smart cities”.

Every day during the exhibition there will be press conferences that will help to better understand what is happening and what you should pay attention to. There will also be reports on the evolution of chips (microcircuits) and microprocessors (control systems for the sum of chips), on the evolution of data centers and much more. It is also planned to discuss the ethical aspects of working with AI.
