In hot weather, it is necessary to be more careful when using the smartphone. In a conversation with "Prime" agency, Sergey Kuzmenko, the head of the digital expertise center of the Russian "Roskachestvo" service, mentioned some useful tips that will help to avoid possible problems when using a smartphone in hot weather.

When the air temperature is 30 degrees or more, smartphones can heat up to 50-60 degrees, as a result of which the internal components can be damaged, the screen can also be damaged and the performance of the device can decrease. UV rays can also cause the display matrix to fade and become less bright.

Sergey Kuzmenko recommends avoiding the use of non-original accessories and chargers, as they can cause the battery to overheat, especially in hot weather. He also recommends turning off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS if you're not using them, as well as not playing graphics-intensive games that put a lot of strain on the processor and graphics card.

To protect the internal components of the smartphone from overheating during charging, the specialist recommends placing the charger in the shade, closing all applications and locking the screen. You can also use a charger that has a lower capacity and limit the charge level to 70-80%.

The easiest way to cool down your smartphone is to use it less. If this is not possible, the power saving mode can be enabled. The fastest way to cool down your smartphone is to turn on airplane mode.

At the same time, Kuzmenko strongly does not recommend cooling the smartphone in the refrigerator, as a sudden change in temperature can cause moisture to accumulate inside the device and damage the electronic components.
