The new iPad Pro tablet will have a record built-in memory and an OLED screen

Apple will equip its new iPad Pro tablets with OLED screens and a record amount of built-in memory. This is reported by the WCCFTech website, referring to an insider named Revegnus.

"Sources inform that next year's OLED iPad Pro will have a modification with 4 TB of built-in memory. Does one need that much built-in memory?” the insider wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) page.

According to news, the next generation of iPad Pro will get an OLED screen and a new 3-nanometer Apple M3 chip, which will also be used in the company's computers. However, many users have no idea what such a powerful hardware will be used for in this tablet, given the limited capabilities of iPadOS compared to the full-fledged macOS operating system for computers.

However, in 2023, Final Cut Pro video editor and Logic Pro music editor were released for iPad, which are not much different from the stationary versions for PC. For professional editing that requires heavy, high-resolution footage, expanding the iPad's built-in memory may be a welcome change for some users. It's also possible that the company will continue to release full-fledged apps for its tablets, which are currently only available for PCs.

The cost of the next-generation iPad Pro has not yet been announced. The current models of iPad Pro M2 with 11-inch and 12.9-inch screens are offered with the maximum modification with 2TB of built-in memory at a price of $1,900 and $2,200, respectively.
