The rugged smartphone Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra was introduced last month. What does all this mean and what “tests” can this device endure? Ulefone recently published a video on its YouTube channel demonstrating the smartphone's resistance to truly extreme conditions.
Extreme tests
As part of testing, the smartphone was subjected to many tests, including:
- Crack nuts: The smartphone was used as a tool to crack nuts.
- Hammer nails: The Armor 26 Ultra served as a nail hammer.
- Fire Exposure: The device has been exposed to open fire.
- Drill tests: Tried to drill holes on the smartphone.
- Knife tests: The surface of the smartphone was cut with a knife.
- Fall: The smartphone was thrown from an escalator and from a small height.
Armor 26 Ultra passed all these tests with dignity and demonstrated a high degree of protection and resistance to extreme conditions: after all tests it continued to work properly.
True, you can notice that during some tests, brand representatives clearly tried not to break the device. For example, when checking with a knife and drill, they acted with caution; in addition, the video contains editing gluing, which is noticeable when hammering nails - for a short time the smartphone disappears from the frame.
Therefore, in order to make sure that the smartphone can really withstand all these “tests,” I would like to look at testing conducted not by the manufacturer’s representatives, but by independent bloggers.
