Acceptance of applications for the annual youth programming contest "Digicode" has started. This year it will be held for the 8th time by the Advanced Technology Enterprises Union (ATEM).

The main objectives of the contest are to promote the development of algorithmic thinking in young people, turning them from game consumers to game creators, identifying the talented and giving them the opportunity to develop their abilities, as well as identifying active schools and individuals.

To participate in the "Digicode" contest you need to program in Scratch, K-turtle, Python, Particle, ESP32, IDE, C++ programs.

Both high school and college students are eligible to participate in the contest.

The annual Digicode Youth Applied Programming Contest has been held since 2015. During this period about 3,500 schoolchildren from all regions of Armenia (including Artsakh), Javakhk and India participated in the contest. More than 50 teams won, received prizes, invitations to camps, awards and various types of incentives.
