Apple has revealed the date for the presentation of the new iPhone 16 lineup. According to The Verge, the event will take place on September 9 at the Steve Jobs Theater located in Apple Park in Cupertino. The presentation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time.

Apple is expected to introduce four iPhone 16 models - iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max. The main innovation in the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will be a vertically positioned camera on the back panel, while the Pro models may get larger screens and appear in a new bronze color, while maintaining the traditional three-camera layout.

All iPhone 16 models are rumored to be equipped with a programmable Action Button, which first appeared in the Pro versions of the iPhone 15. The new devices may also feature a Capture button, simulating a camera shutter.

Artificial intelligence and Apple Intelligence features are expected to be key topics at the event.
