Samsung has officially unveiled the new rugged smartphone Galaxy XCover7. The device is positioned as 'indestructible' and has a number of interesting features, including the ability to work without a battery.

Galaxy XCover7 is built using a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor, equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal flash memory. There is also support for microSD memory cards, allowing you to expand your data storage capacity.

The IPS screen has a diagonal of 6.6 inches and Full HD+ resolution, and its reliability is enhanced by tempered Gorilla Glass Victus+ glass.

The smartphone is also equipped with a 50 MP main camera and a 5 MP front camera. The device also meets the IP68 standard for water and dust resistance and the US military standard MIL-STD-810H, making it an ideal choice for extreme use conditions.

The battery capacity is 4050 mAh, but one of the most unique features is the ability to operate the device even without a battery. In AC adapter mode, the smartphone will continue to function even if the battery is removed.

Other features of the device include a USB-C port and a standard headphone jack.

Pricing for the new Galaxy XCover7 has not yet been announced, but its outstanding specifications could make it one of the most attractive options for those looking for a reliable and rugged smartphone for extreme use.
