Apple began sending out iPhone 15 to pre-orders

Apple has started shipping the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro to pre-order customers. This is confirmed by many users tracking their pre-orders online.

Apple's official website still says the iPhone 15 is "ready to ship." Most likely, this is due to the fact that the company is waiting for the official start date of sales of the new iPhone (September 22) to approach. However, you can track your route more accurately on the UPS website.

9to5mac confirms that two pre-orders for the iPhone 15, which one of the publication's editors placed, have already shipped. This means that some pre-order buyers may receive their smartphones even before sales officially begin.

Let us remind you that pre-orders for iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max began to be accepted on September 15. And the new devices will be available for sale simultaneously in many countries around the world.

According to Medium.com, demand for the two standard iPhone 15 models remains roughly the same as last year. At the same time, the demand for the iPhone 15 Pro Max turned out to be very high: the new device is ahead of last year’s iPhone 14 Pro Max in terms of the number of pre-orders.

According to insider Ming-Chi Kuo, demand for the iPhone 15 Pro was lower than last year, and one possible reason could be that more premium users are upgrading to the iPhone 15 Pro Max this year.

It is important to note that the wait for the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be much longer than for other models. This is not only due to high demand, but also because the launch batch of iPhone 15 Pro Max will be smaller due to the later mass production schedule. Also, this model has more pronounced production problems compared to others.
