The iPhone 15 Pro will be officially presented in the fall, but its design can already be guessed from the first “live” photos and videos of cases that accessory manufacturers create based on the information they are given.
Judging by the photos and videos of cases, the position of the power and volume buttons on the iPhone 15 Pro will be slightly changed: they will be located lower than on the iPhone 14 Pro. In addition, the device will have a long-awaited USB-C port instead of Lightning, and a larger cutout at the bottom of the case confirms this.
A mute button is also expected on new Apple smartphones, and it will replace the long-standing sound mode switch above the volume buttons. This button will need less space than the old switch, and the photo of the cases also confirms this.
The new element can also serve as an Apple Watch Ultra-style multi-purpose action button and will allow users to perform functions such as launching various apps and features in addition to activating or deactivating mute.
The iPhone 15 Pro is also expected to have larger camera lenses and a larger microphone. According to rumors, the iPhone 15 Pro will receive a titanium case, slightly curved front and rear edges, and a narrower frame.
Recall that recently new renders of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max appeared on the network, showing how these smartphones will look like. Other renders show what the new volume and mute buttons will look like on the iPhone 15 Pro.
