Apple wants to create an iPhone without cutouts or holes in the screen. The company has already patented the solution of the Face ID system under the screen, which just might help to create a smartphone with a completely flat screen.

Last year, Apple introduced the iPhone 14 Pro, the Dynamic Island, which started the practice of abandoning the cutout on the top of the screen. Now the company seems to want to get rid of any holes and cutouts on the screen.

As reported by Mydrivers.com, the description of Apple's new patent says that various sensors will be placed under the screen, including Touch ID, contactless gesture detection, pressure, health sensors, etc.

According to reports, Apple plans to add Dynamic Island to the entire iPhone 15 series of smartphones to be released this year, while the under-display Face ID system will only appear on the iPhone 17 Pro.
