Whatsapp's new feature will make user experience in communities easier

In the latest update of the WhatsApp messenger for Android smartphones, a new function has been found that facilitates navigation in communities, WABetaInfo portal reported.

"WhatsApp represents an improved community organizing system. With this update, users will be able to expand the community tab to see all the sub-groups available in the chat list,” the article reads.

Also it says that the new feature will allow users to simplify navigation and improve performance in the Chats tab. The new feature is currently only available to some beta testers.

Judging by screenshots posted online, communities may appear differently in the chat list for some users. Thanks to the new navigation function, the subgroups of the community will be grouped in one place in the chat list, making it easier to search.

Experts believed that the update was necessary because there could be several groups with the same name, but they could belong to different communities.

NEWS.am Tech reported earlier that the ability to log into one WhatsApp messenger account from several devices at the same time, which was previously open only to users of the beta version of the service, is now available to everyone.

To access the same user account again from an additional device, it is necessary to scan the special QR code displayed on the screen of the main smartphone with the camera of the additional device. A similar authentication system works in the web version of WhatsApp.

WhatsApp previously announced also that it is developing a new feature to use animated emojis in chat, which aims to improve user experience by making messaging "more fun" and emotions "brighter".
