February 15, 2023  16:02

The iPhone 15 Pro will get an updated screen design with thinner bezels. In addition, the screen will have a higher brightness than previous ones, it is reported by 9to5mac portal, citing the insider ShrimpApplePro.

According to the source, smartphones in the iPhone 15 series will have the same screen size as the current iPhone 14: 6.1 and 6.7 inches. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 Pro display will get thinner bezels, possibly with curved edges like the Apple Watch.

Other sources have not yet confirmed information about the curved screen. According to other insiders, the iPhone 15 Pro will be very pretty thanks to its titanium bezel. However, a number of sources have already confirmed earlier rumors that the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will get an updated Dynamic Island.

Earlier, the same insider Shrimpapplepro reported on its Twitter page that the base models of the iPhone 15 will get a new camera. Gsmarena.com wrote at the time that it's likely that the base iPhone 15 will get a 48-megapixel camera, which is currently used in the iPhone 14 Pro model.

It was also previously reported that the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will get 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens, respectively, as well as a USB Type-C connector.

As for the Pro models, it could be the 6.1-inch iPhone 15 Pro and the larger iPhone 15 Pro Max or even the iPhone 15 Ultra. It has also been reported that the iPhone 15 will be the first Apple smartphone to use USB-C instead of the Lightning connector, but it will require a company-certified cable to charge the device.

According to Ross Young, analyst and founder of research firms Display Supply Chain Consultants and DisplaySearch, all models in the iPhone 15 series will be nearly identical, and the new series will likely include four models: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15. Pro and iPhone 15 Ultra.
