At the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event to be held in the summer, the Samsung company will present, among other devices, its premium-class, rugged Samsung Galaxy Watch X smart watch, Techmaniacs website reports, citing authoritative insiders who have previously published accurate information about Samsung’s various devices before their official presentation.

According to the website, the new smartwatch will be waterproof and suitable for diving. Plus, it will last longer without recharging: that period will reach up to 100 hours. The price of the smartwatch will be significantly higher than the company's previously released watches, as this watch will compete with the Apple Watch Ultra smartwatch.

Techmaniacs' sources also informed that the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on June 24, not June 10 as previously announced. This time, Samsung will be the main sponsor of the Olympics and wants to make the most of it to promote the new devices. The company decided that announcing the devices two days before the start of the Olympics is the best way to promote them.

According to the source, it is also possible that Samsung's new ring will also be unveiled at this event and may be sold in some European countries, but the company is not yet ready to bring it to the global market.
