The Chinese Astribot company demonstrated the S1 robot controlled by artificial intelligence algorithms, whose movements are comparable to human movements in terms of speed and accuracy. The robot is able to transport objects weighing 10 kg, as well as prepare and serve dishes.

Astribot, based in Shenzhen, China, is part of the Stardust Intelligence group founded by Lai Ji. The latter has previously collaborated with Tencent Robotics Laboratory, Baidu and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He led the project to create the Tencent Ollie "wheeled" robot and other vehicles.

Astribot has yet to provide detailed technical information about the S1 robot, its training and development stages. From the video published by the company, it is not clear whether the machine can move or is only intended for operations while standing at the table.

The robot really makes fast and amazingly precise movements. opens and pours the wine, carefully cleans the cucumber, turns the toast in the pan, removes the tablecloth from under the wine glasses without dropping them, opens a drink with an opener, irons and folds the ironed clothes.
