The price of Bitcoin rose again today after a short pause. The price of this cryptocurrency reached as high as $65,000 today, after which it decreased slightly to $65,200.

Today's price is the highest since November 2021, and is also considered a record for this year.

Last week, Bitcoin rose to $64,000 before briefly dropping to $58,500. However, against the background of deflation, large investors started buying Bitcoin, as a result it stabilized around $62,000 and maintained that price for several days.

Ben Laidler, Global Markets Strategist at retail investment platform eToro, explained that the continued financial flows into new ETFs and expectations of the April halving and June Federal Reserve interest rate cut are contributing to the rise in the price of Bitcoin.

According to crypto platform CoinGecko, the value of all Bitcoins in circulation surpassed $2 trillion in February for the first time in two years, and the price of bitcoin itself doubled in just four months.

The maximum price of Bitcoin has been around $69,000.
