Orion Score and seven other Armenian companies participate in major technology exhibition Convergence India Expo

One of the world's largest technology exhibitions, Convergence India Expo, is being held on January 17-19 in New Delhi, India. Armenia presents 8 innovative companies at the exhibition, including Orion Score, a revolutionary platform for assessing the investment attractiveness of startups.

Diana Arzumanyan, executive director and co-founder of Orion Score, told NEWS.am Tech that participating in this event will provide a great opportunity to get to know the actively developing Indian technological ecosystem and build an Armenian-Indian technological bridge. In addition, this is a good opportunity to once again present Armenian innovations to the world, to exchange experience with partners from other countries and for mutually beneficial cooperation.

Convergence India Expo: What should you know about it?

Convergence India Expo is being held for the 31st time this year. This event started in 1992 and played a key role in revolutionizing the telecom industry in India. Now it already marks the transition to the so-called digital age.

The 2024 exhibition is expected to attract more than 55,000 visitors, 1,200 brands and exhibitors from more than 40 countries. During the event, several dozen conferences with the participation of 200 speakers are also planned.

The main topics of the exhibition are telecommunications and 6G, satellite communications, broadband infrastructure, Internet of Things, information security, cloud technologies, fintech and blockchain and many other topics.

Armenia at Convergence India Expo

With the support of the RA Ministry of High-tech Industry, 8 companies will participate in the exhibition, which are represented under one pavilion.

  • Enterprise Armenia (promotion and support of investments in Armenia, especially in information and communication technologies, tourism and other fields);
  • YEA Engineering (advanced automotive and semiconductor test systems and equipment);
  • Orion Score (a revolutionary cloud platform for assessing the investment attractiveness of startups);
  • Moodmap AI (improving the work of call centers with the help of emotion detection and analysis based on artificial intelligence);
  • Sceyt (reliable in-app chat API for real-time communication);
  • Doctor1 from ATMT LLC (innovative telemedicine technology for remote medical consultation);
  • HI.BIONIC.HAND (development of modern bionic prostheses for upper extremities);
  • Medu (CME accredited video lessons and master classes for medical professionals to help them to gain CME credits and pass the licensing process).

The costs of renting, building and providing access to the "Armenia" joint pavilion were taken over by the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry.
