ChatGPT was awarded the title of the best app according to users, while MONOPOLY GO!, the mobile version of the classic board game, was chosen as the best game by users.

In addition, new categories were introduced in 2023, including "Best with Artificial Intelligence." The best app in this category was Character AI: AI-Powered Chat, allowing users to create AI characters and interact with them.
