Wildberries has reduced the time frame for refunding customers to one or two days. The company stated that the reduction in refund processing time is of particular importance during holiday sales.

"To ensure that money is returned to the customer's card faster in the event of a product return, starting from November 19, items must be returned only to the pick-up point where the order was received," the company reports.

This rule applies in situations where the customer has already received and paid for the item, and later decides to return it. In cases where the customer has forgotten the pick-up point of the purchase or if the item was delivered by a courier, information about the return address can be clarified in the customer's personal account on the Wildberries website or by contacting customer support. The company also plans to expand this functionality in its mobile application in the near future.

The percentage of customers returning purchases to locations other than where they received the order is approximately 6%. In such cases, the refund processing speed will be reduced by an average of three to four days.
