Wildberries has launched a support program for the owners of its goods’ pick-up  points in a number of CIS countries, within the framework of which it temporarily canceled the guarantee fee for the registration of its new goods’ pick-up points, but increased the prices by 1.3%, and developed a training program for the owners of new goods’ pick-up points.

As the company informs, now when registering on the online platform, the guarantee fee for owners of goods’ pick-up points in CIS countries—including Armenia—will be 0 rubles, whereas such entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan will be able to receive increased income in the form of a turnover percentage.

As part of the new training program, Wildberries experts conduct regular webinars for the owners of the company’s pick-up  points on working with the online platform software and customer service.

The new rates apply to both existing and new goods’ pick-up  partner points. In the priority purple zone, they will be 4.27% in Kazakhstan, 4.04% in Kyrgyzstan, and 4.04% in Uzbekistan. As a bonus, all partners who open goods’ pick-up points in the priority purple zone will receive a badge as a gift.

Tariffs in the green, standard zone have also increased considerably; in Kazakhstan, they will be 3.81%, in Kyrgyzstan—3.61%, and in Uzbekistan—3.61%.
