The situation with iPadOS 18 is a little different. Tablets with A10X Fusion processors and newer will receive the update this year. This means iPadOS 18 will not be compatible with the first-generation 10.5-inch iPad Pro models and the second-generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro models released in 2017. Additionally, iPad mini and iPad Air older than 2019 will not receive iPadOS 18.
