Users complain about having problems with WhatsApp

This morning the WhatsApp messenger experiences some technical problems. More than 1,700 users in Russia complained that they faced problems while using the messenger.

Half of the complaints were received from Bashkiria (52%), problems were also encountered in Tatarstan (15%), Moscow (14%), Samara region (10%) and other regions.

According to the DownRadar service, the majority of complaints (55%) are related to problems with the application, and another 7% are unable to access the messenger. There are issues with both the mobile app and the web version. There are also reports of technical problems in Istanbul, Helsinki and Kyiv.

Earlier it became known that WhatsApp will get a new interface with updated graphic design in the Android version. Messenger developer Meta Corporation is already testing the interface, the first photo of which was published by data analyst Abhishek Yadav on his X (Twitter) account.

In the new version, the font of WhatsApp written in the upper left corner of the screen will be changed. In addition, the dominant shade of green will change. it will become slightly lighter. It is not yet known when the new design will appear in the upcoming version of the application. and how soon it will be adapted for the iOS version of the app.
