LG has unveiled its first wireless TV, the 97-inch LG Signature OLED M.

According to the official website of the manufacturer, the main feature of the device is the complete absence of wired connections, with the exception of the power cable. All signals are transmitted to the TV through a special external set-top box Zero Connect Box using LG's exclusive Zero Connect wireless protocol.

The LG Signature OLED M TV features a quality OLED panel with impressive 4K resolution and a stunning refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

Zero Connect Box, in turn, provides all the necessary ports: HDMI 2.1, USB, Wi-Fi, LAN and Bluetooth, which allows you to work with game consoles, media players, cable TV and other external devices. Using LG's unique Zero Connect wireless protocol, 4K image transmission at up to 120Hz refresh rate, as well as audio, is possible up to 10 meters away when the antenna is pointed at the screen.

LG assures that the data transfer speed of the LG Zero Connect protocol is three times faster than Wi-Fi 6E. In addition, the technology supports signal transmission in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos formats.

The LG Signature OLED M won't be the only wireless TV in the company's portfolio, as LG promises to introduce 77-inch and 83-inch wireless models in the future.

In the UK, the LG Signature OLED M will cost around £25,000 (about $32,000). How much the TV will be sold in other countries is not yet known.
