There are still a few months until the release of the iPhone 15, but there is already a lot of information on the web about Apple's next series of smartphones, which are not expected until 2024. According to Ming-Chi Kuo, a well-known insider and analyst of TF International Securities investment company, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will receive cameras with periscope modules with 6x optical zoom.

Kuo confirmed that the screens of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will indeed be larger than those of the previous models։ they will be the largest iPhones ever produced, measuring 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches respectively. Compared to iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, the screens will increase by 0.2 inches.

As noted by GSMarena.com, the increased dimensions will allow installing a new and improved periscope module on smartphones with the possibility of zooming up to 5-6 times.

It is also expected that the iPhone 16 Pro can get a Face ID system that will be placed under the screen, then there will be no need for a screen cutout.

It is possible that the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which is expected to be released in September this year, may also get a periscope module, but apparently it will not be in the Pro version.
