xAI startup will open a game development studio that will use artificial intelligence in its activities, American entrepreneur, founder of Space X and Tesla Elon Musk announced on his page on the X social network.

“Too many game studios are owned by large corporations. xAI is going to open an AI game studio to make games great again,” he wrote.

xAI was founded by Musk in March 2023. The startup’s goal is to create artificial intelligence that can perform advanced mathematical reasoning.

In late August, Musk demonstrated the Tesla Cortex supercomputer for training super AI. The system will be equipped with 70,000 AI servers, consuming a total of 130 MW, and is planned to expand to 500 MW by 2026.

Cortex will be Tesla’s largest supercluster for AI training, with 50,000 Nvidia H100 accelerators and 20,000 of the company’s own accelerators. The system is being created to solve AI problems in the real world.
