The world’s first laptop with an RTX 5090 and built-in liquid cooling unveiled

Chinese company UHPILCL has introduced the world’s first laptop featuring a desktop-grade GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card and an integrated liquid cooling system. The prototype, dubbed the T1000 Super, was showcased on the ITHome platform.

What Sets This Laptop Apart?

This groundbreaking device blends the portability of a laptop with the raw power of a desktop PC, housed in an unconventional 1U form factor with a foldable screen. It’s tailored for users who demand top-tier performance without sacrificing a degree of mobility.

Models and Specifications

UHPILCL unveiled two variants of the device:

• T1000 Super: The flagship model, equipped with the RTX 5090 and designed to handle a combined 735W of power for the CPU and GPU.
• T1000: A scaled-down version with the same form factor but without RTX 5090 support.

Both models are built around a Mini-ITX motherboard, compatible with a choice of high-end processors:

• AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
• AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
• Intel Core Ultra 9 285K

Display and Connectivity

The laptop boasts a 17.3-inch display with:

• 3K resolution
• A 120 Hz refresh rate
• Full 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage

For peripheral connections, it offers two SATA ports and USB4 with Thunderbolt 4 support.

When Will It Hit the Market?

For now, the T1000 Super remains a concept, showcasing UHPILCL’s technical prowess. No release date or pricing details have been announced for a production version.
