WhatsApp has new feature

The developers of WhatsApp have announced an update aimed at expanding the sticker creation features. This was revealed in a company blog post.

As part of this update, WhatsApp is integrating the Giphy sticker library, allowing users to search for and share stickers using text or emojis for search queries.

The sticker creation and editing feature, previously only available on iOS, will now be introduced on Android. Users will be able to turn their photos into stickers or edit existing ones using built-in tools. Created stickers will be automatically saved to the user's library.

Additionally, iPhone and Android users in the U.S. can now create stickers using Meta's AI (recognized as extremist and banned in Russia) by entering a text prompt. WhatsApp has also improved the organization of saved stickers, allowing users to move the ones they need higher up or delete those they don't.

These updates will be rolled out gradually over the next few weeks, though exact release dates for the new features on Android and iPhone have not been specified.
