Xiaomi has introduced a new sub-flagship smartphone, Xiaomi 14 Civi, in India, equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip and a dual selfie camera. The device costs about $500, which is a good price for such characteristics.
Main features
- Display: 6.55-inch LTPO OLED display with dynamic refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz, brightness up to 3000 nits, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support, PWM with a frequency of 2160 Hz and tempered Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The screen is curved at all times four sides and has a cutout for a dual front camera.
- Front camera: Two 32-megapixel sensors capable of recording video in 4K resolution at 30 frames per second.
- Main camera: Leica Vario-Summilux optics, 50-megapixel sensor with optical stabilization, 50-megapixel telephoto lens and 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module.
- Performance: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
- Battery: 4700 mAh capacity with support for 67 W fast charging.
- Audio: Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
- Communications: NFC and infrared.
- Others: Dual SIM support and in-display fingerprint scanner.

Prices and Availability
Xiaomi 14 Civi is priced from 43,000 rupees (about $500) for the 8/256 GB version. However, it has not yet been specified whether the new product will appear outside of India.
