What is UX design?

The acronym UX stands for User Experience. The task of this specialist is to create or develop a digital product that will be as efficient, accessible and reliable as possible, and will solve the main problems of users—be useful. That is, they should get a logical structure of the website or application, thanks to which the user will immediately decide how to use it and what he can get from it.

UI Designer: Digital Aesthete 

UI is an abbreviation of User Interface. The task of a UI designer is to create an interactive and visual representation of the user interface of a digital product. That is, this specialist creates buttons, promotional banners, and icons, selects fonts, colors, and other visual components that the user uses when using the product. The main feature of this work is to harmonize all the selected components—creating an eye-pleasing combination in accordance with the company's corporate style.

In many cases, these two professions are combined to create the profession of UI/UX designer, who is responsible for the aesthetic and functional quality and usability of the website.

During work, UI/UX designers mainly use the following programs: Maze, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Figma, Invision, Zeplin, Marvel, Axure, Framer, UXPin, Flinto, etc.

In Armenia’s market, the professions of UI and UX designers are mostly combined. It's no secret that this profession is in great demand in the country, thus creating a demand for courses to teach it, which promise to introduce all its nuances within months and train ready-to-work professionals.

According to the Glassdoor platform, the salary of UI/UX designers in Armenia varies between 150,000-1,000,000 drams per month.
