Find cost startup is developing an AI-driven real estate search and comparison platform

Today, searching for real estate often turns into a lengthy process: users have to browse listings across different websites, manually compare prices and property features, and analyze the market on their own. This takes time and does not always lead to finding the most advantageous option. A project presented by one of the participants at Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026 aims to solve this problem. The Find cost project is a digital platform that brings together various product categories, though at this stage, the primary focus is on the real estate market. According to team representative Emil Soghoyan, the service aims to simplify property searches by providing users with significantly more information and analytical tools than traditional listing platforms.

Real estate search with advanced features

The developers shared that the platform aggregates digital data on various items in one place. Currently, the main focus is real estate, but other product categories are already available, including laptops, mobile phones, and household items.

One of the key features of the service is the ability to open two real estate properties side by side on a single screen and instantly compare them. Users can see differences not only in price but also in property characteristics. For example, one can compare a two-room apartment priced at 30 thousand with a three-room apartment at 40 thousand and immediately evaluate which option offers better value.

Additionally, the platform allows users to select any point on the map and find out the average price per square meter in the area of interest.

The team is also working on integrating artificial intelligence models that will be able to forecast potential market price changes.

According to the developers, such forecasts will initially be generated for real estate. Later, similar functionality is planned for vehicles. The system is expected to calculate probable price fluctuations, for instance, through the end of the following year.

How Find cost differs from existing platforms

According to Soghoyan, the main advantage of the platform is the significantly larger volume of accessible data. He noted that if a typical platform features around 50 thousand listings, Find cost users will be able to access two to three times more options, greatly expanding their choices.

Another feature will be smart search. Users will not need to fill out numerous filters—writing a request in natural language will be enough. For example, one can simply specify the need for a house with certain features or a car of a specific color and model year. The system will independently process the text query and select suitable offers.

In the initial stage, Find cost will not operate as an independent marketplace. The developers plan to collaborate with existing services, receiving property data from them while driving an additional flow of users to their partners.

After selecting a suitable option, the customer will be redirected to the original website listing to complete the deal. In the long term, the team plans to add the ability to finalize purchases directly on their own platform.

Project monetization

Answering a question about the business model, the startup representatives explained that they plan to earn revenue not only through affiliate commissions when a transaction is completed after a user redirects from the platform.

The business plan also includes advertising tools. Furthermore, in the future, the developers intend to build their own listings database so sellers can post offers directly on the platform and users can complete transactions within the service.

If the partnership model remains standard, commission fees will serve as the primary source of income.

The main goal of participating is getting feedback from investors

When asked about their expectations for participating in Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026, the startup representatives noted that receiving quality feedback is most important to them at this stage. According to the team, this is their first experience of this kind, so they want to understand how convincingly they present the product and whether it sparks interest among potential investors.

The team is already holding regular meetings with prospective users, demonstrating how the service works, collecting feedback, and analyzing it. According to the project representatives, every new interaction helps refine the product and prepare a final presentation in its most developed form.
