According to the specialist, smart watches transmit data to smartphones, which are then sent to various services and applications. This data is often used to personalize advertising, but can be intercepted or compromised.

Responsible organizations, according to Ulyanov, strive to transmit data in an anonymous form, but there is a risk of leakage due to errors or low qualifications of employees.

The more information an attacker receives about a person, the easier it is for him to implement fraudulent schemes.

What can be done to protect against data leaks?
